APPRENTICE SCHEME - CRITERIA
1. Minimum 55% in SSC (10th Std.)
2. Minimum 60% in ITI
3.  Age – 18 years to 20 years (only Male)
4. Trade – Fitter, Diesel Mechanic, Motor Mechanic, Turner, Machinist, Welder, Electrician, Tool & Die Maker, Plastic Processing Operator, CoE (Automobile), Tractor Mechanic, Painter General
5. ITI Year of Pass – 2017 pass out only (both GCVT and NCVT)
6. Gross Salary/Stipend – 10,000 pm (CTC)
7. Job Location – Hansalpur Plant
8. Candidates passed out only from Government ITI (Both GCVT and NCVT)
9. Benefits – 2 Pairs of Uniform, 1 Pair of Safety Shoes
10. Canteen Facility at Subsidized Rate
11. Accommodation – Subsidized Rate Dormitory Facility
12. Leaves – As per company Policy

Eligibility Criteria (FTC)

Eligibility Criteria for ITI -  (Under Fixed Term Contract Scheme - for 7 Months )
Note: On completion of 7 months, they will be absorbed based on their performance
1 Age 18-23 year (22 years and 10 months)
2 10th Pass As Regular Students with 55 % in 10th class
3 ITI ITI with 60 % marks (NCVT & SCVT)
4 ITI Trades Fitter, Turner, Motor Mechanic, Welder, Painter (General), Electrician, Tool & Die Maker, Plastic Process Operator, Machinist, Tractor Mechanic, COE (Automobile), Diesel Mechanic
5 Experience ITI -2014, 2015, 2016 & 2017 Passed out candidates (Immediate Joining) – Students to carry one set xerox copies of their mark sheets/school-ITI leaving certificates / aadhar card / pan card / driving license / caste certificate / domicile certificate. Two passport size photograph.
2018 Batch can participate but joining will be after the results.
Students with automotive experience are not eligible.
Salary & Other Benefits
1 Stipend (Gross) Rs. 13545/- per month ( CTC)
2 Canteen / Dormitory Facility At subsidized rates
3 Uniform 2 pairs of uniform along with 1 pair of safety shoes.
4 Weekly off Sunday
5 Traveling Allowance for Joining Applicable as per SMG Policy
