Field Service Engineer

Job Description

• Demo, Install, repair, test, maintain and troubleshooting of security projects as assigned.
• Evaluates diagnoses, troubles hoots systems and perform repairs as necessary
• Responds to emergency situations during or after hours for the purpose of resolving immediate safety/security concerns
• Able to train customers on the usage of all applicable products used in installation and/or upgrades
• Installing wireless security panel and sensors in various locations.
• Adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings

PROFILE

• Be available to travel as necessary
• Maintaining confidentiality of work related information and materials
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including tact and diplomacy
• Ability to understand and follow instructions precisely
• Ability to work independently
• Should have 2 wheeler and driving license
