Selection Criteria:-

1. Candidates Age: 18 to 25year

2. Qualification ITI in trade Fitter. Welder, Machinist, Electronic

3. Batch : 2019 pass out with 75% above marks from ITI Chhindwara no other students shall be entertained.

4 Training Period: One year

5. We select candidates through written test and with two stage by personal interview.

6. During training, designation will be 'Trainee Operator': Trainee Fitter, Trainee - Technician and after successful completion

of training period of one year,candidates are re-designated an Assistant Operator Assistant Fitter Technician.

7. Remuneration details: Stipend Rs.3, 500/- Per Month • Attendance Incentive Annual Bonus.

8. After confirmation-Rs.11,336/- + Attendance Incentive+ Annual Bonus Ra. 21732/--Gratuity PFote.
