1. Company Name:- Owens Corning (India) Private Limited, Navi Mumbai.

2. Position: Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET)

3. Training period - 1 years ( On-the-Job training )

4. Age Limit - 18 yrs to 24 yrs

4. Eligibility Criteria for Diploma candidates: - 

Fresher candidates passing out in 2020

- Diploma in Mechanical/ Automobile /Electrical / Electronics and Telecommunication/ Chemical/Production / Textile / Polymer / Ceramic Engineering. (Both Male & Female)

- Aggregate 55% marks 10th, & Diploma Exams ( No Backlogs & No year down)

5.A) Stipend During Training Period : Rs. 2,30,000/- per annum (Rs.2,10,000/- per annum + 10% incentive of annual stipend on completion of one year of training.)

B) Post Successful completion of one year training period candidate will be taken on company roll in second year with CTC: Rs. 2,76,000/- per annum (Rs.2,40,000/- per annum + 15% of variable pay after completion of 6 months probation period.)

6. Other Allowances : Free Transport and Mediclaim Insurance

A) Phase –1 Online Test

B) Phase– 2 Group Discussion, Technical & HR Interview (only for candidates clearing online test)
