In an attempt to fill India's skill gap, L&T trains ITI students at its world class

training facilities. Successful trainees are then posted as Front Line Supervisors at

project sites in Execution and Plant & Machinery departments of Roads Business.

Trades Eligible:

Mechanic (Motor Vehicle)

Surveyor

Civil Engineering Assistant

Eligibility Criteria:

Only Male candidates 

Not for candidates with special abilities

10th or 12th Pass with minimum 50% marks

ITI 2018, 2019 pass outs and students appearing for

examination in Aug 2020, with minimum 60% marks

Age above 18 years and not exceeding 22 years as on 1st Jan 2020

Selection Process:

Written Test

Personal Interview

After 1 year of training, successful trainees will be absorbed in TC-2 cadre

All trainees will be registered under National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme by Govt. of India

Job Location: Pan India

A monthly stipend of Rs 11571 will be paid during One Year training period

Accommodation and Food Charges will be borne by the Company during training period
