4. Familiar with Automation, SCADA & Electrical Panel
5. Preventive maintenance & 5S
6. Logbook Filling
7. Chemical handling
For ZLD Operators (04 nos)
Operation & Maintenance of
1. Multi Effect Evaporator
2. Non IBR boiler
3. MVRE - Mechanical Vapour Recompressor
4. ATFD
5. Reject RO Plant
6. Silica Removal System
7. Chemical ETP
8. Filter Press
For Fitter Maintenance:
1. Pump: Bering Replacement, Seal & impellers Change, various types of pumps
2. Gear Boxes
3. Pipeline: Components, types of joints, PPR welding, uPVC Joints
4. Regular maintenance, preventive maintenance
5. 5S
6. Knowledge of various types of tools
