| To travel extensively on bike owned by self to Install & Commission panels, resolve customer complaints of Solarpumps, Rooftops, Streetlight panels, company's equipment installed at various places in and around locationTo ensure quality work at site with all safety standards.To maintain Installation, Service & analysis report as per requirement in provided formatTo coordinate with customers and utility office for workTo coordinate with the reporting officer for Material Requirement, Operation and Maintenance Issues, CustomerComplaints and its resolution provide daily activity report to reporting officer.To research and analyze failure & corrective action for repeating faultTo ensure faulty material & new material record.To maintain daily report of Feeder & communication Availability. Three phase running hours and equipment runninghours, Feeder Loss, Error and billing and to plan accordingly to achieve zero defect |
