| Job Description |
| 1. VMC programming of Casting Dies GDC/PDC. (CAM Software- UG-Nx)2. Knowledge of Machine control systems (Fanuc & Siemens).3. Candidate should have minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a VMC Operator.4. Knowledge of Die welding operations.5. Basic knowledge of casting process & die design as well as foundry process.6. Knowledge of conventional machining processes like lathe m/c, surface grinder & milling machines.7. Solve VMC Operating Issues.8. Monitoring of daily tool room activity like die history card, tool move ticket, etc.9. Monitoring of cutting tool life as well as sharp tool life.10. Responsible to reduce die manufacturing cycle time.11. Daily die planning & monitoring of tool room breakdown.12. Knowledge of measuring instruments13. Maintain Tool Room 5S. |
