Should have knowledge of Fasteners, Cutting Tools etc. E.g. What should be the drill size for M8 thread? 4. Should have knowledge of Dial & Test Indicators. 5. Knowledge of 5 S is a must. 6. Basic fundamentals of Engineering should be clear. 7. Willing to work hard & disciplined.  Positive Attitude, Dedicate for work , Soft Skill, Proactive Approach
