CNC Turning on CNC Machines with SIEMENS & Heidenhain Controllers or Operating Heavy Machines (VMC, HMC) for Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc, Spinner, DMG, Mikron Machining CentresPrecision turning of components and sub-assemblies of close tolerance knowledge of drawing reading, cutting tools and parametersMaintaining datasheets for cycle time analysis and cycle time reductionIdentifying and implementing Kaizens for productivity improvement preparing of in-process inspection reports, SOPs, TPM ChartsAwareness of quality systems like AS9100, OHSETPM and HousekeepingEmployee will value the information received, effort spent in creating every piece of information and are determined to ensure that the right information is accessed by right individuals. The employee will put all efforts to ensure Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of information.
