| Job Description |
1) Minimum 5 years of hands on experience in thermal spray coating processes that include but not limited to HVOF, ARC Spray, and Plasma Spray
2) Worked with HVOF consoles Praxair JP 5000 & JP 8000 andSulzer Evocoat
3) HVOF coatings using the specified material on OIl & Gascomponents that include Mud Pump Rotors, Operating pistons and various Industrial shafts
4) ID coating of cylinder liners and compressor cylinders usingPlasma spray
5) Arc spray coatings using metal wires of stainless steel,monel, copper and nickel for job lengths up to 12 meters
6) Experience with ABB IRC5 controller (programming knowledge isan added advantage)
7) Preventive maintenance of Thermal Spray equipment by followingdaily checklist and maintaining inventory of frequently used spares
8) Adhere to company procedures and quality requirements andtroubleshooting in case of failures
