JOB SPECIFICATION  for Execution & Coordination

1. Sr. Engineer/Engineer —E&C  Qualification & ExperienceB.E./Diploma in Civil with 5-10 years of relevant experience in Independently handling of RCC work and civil construction related works in Coordinate with Project Manager for all the site activities, Monitor labour and ensure to idling of time and Adherence to daily project schedule.

2. Senior Engineer / Engineer —QS & Billing:- Qualification & Experience  B.E. / Diploma (Civil) with 4-8 years of  experience in Client / Subcon Billing of high rise residential/commercial projects.

3. Senior Engineer / Engineer —QA/QC:- Qualification & Experience  B.E. / Diploma (Civil) with 4-8 years of experience in  QA/QC of high-rise residential/ commercial buildings and preferably in an ISO Certified organization. Knowledge of RMC/Concrete technology will be an advantage.

4. Supervisor — E&C :- Qualification & Experience SSLC pass with minimum 7 years of experience in RCC, Finishing execution of residential/commercial project.

5. Steel / Shuttering Foreman— E&C :-  Qualification & ExperienceDiploma/ ITI with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in residential project.

6. Sr. Surveyor —E&C :-  Qualification & ExperienceDiploma/ ITI with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in residential project.

7. Officer—HSE :-  Qualification & ExperienceADIS / Diploma with post-graduation in industrial safety with minimum 2 years of experience.

8. Male Nurse— HSE :- Qualification & Experience B.Sc. / Diploma in Nursing with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in residential project.

JOB SPECIFICATION for QA/QC
