For Delhi NCR Candidates 1) Interview with the HRacers Technical panel .(Over the Phone).
2) Final Interview with the Client's Technical Team at factory location.
For Outside Delhi NCR Candidates 1) Interview with the HRacers Technical panel( Over the Phone).
2) First Round of Interview with the Client’s Technical Team ( Over the phone)
3) Selected Students will have to come for the Final Interview with the Client's Technical Team at factory location.

Kindly note we do not charge any fees for recruitment from the candidates . The candidates who get selected will be hired under the NAPS program. They would get a On job Training certificate under the NAPS scheme on successful completion of their Apprenticeship Exam.
