Position Name: Site - In - Charge Qualification : ITI & Diploma ( Electrical )  Experience : 0.5 to 1Years  No. Of Openings : 15   Salary : 1 to 1.5 Lakhs   (Per Year) Job  Location : Shravasti, Siddharthnagar,  Uttar Pradesh Job DescriptionAssessment of existing and new demand in household, commercial and Micro Enterprise in different Micro Grid area. Should open to move on daily basis to various sites within the district (Min traveling 50 to 60 Km. per day). Should be ready to work in odd hrs. also ( if needed). Should stay at posting district only (No daily traveling allow). Should have command on local language for better bonding with customers. Should have good electrical knowledge. Should have bike.

Position Name:  Channel Sales Officer  Qualification : B.E/B.Tech,Diploma   Experience : 1-3Years  No. Of Openings : 10   Salary : 3 - 3.5Lakhs  Job Location : Berhampur, Birbhum, Krishnanagar, Medinipur,Baleshwar, Indore, Varanasi, Amritsar Job DescriptionIdentify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory. Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue. Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals. Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness. Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements. Educate partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered.
