Responsible for planning the implementing process of the Project Safety Plan, which includes,- Risk assessments. Method Statements (Safe Systems of Work).PTW & its I compliance levels.- Procedures (including safety control measures). Usage of right Tools and Equipment (standards + testing requirements).Personnel requirements (numbers and competence).Oversee Site Induction,Monitoring, Auditing and Review Schedule and Records. - To advise the concerned departments in project planning and organizingmeasures, necessary for the effective control of personal injuries.Arranging safety training for employee. Periodic Report Preparation- Ensuring ISO/OSHA certification. Thorough knowledge about safety aspectsof Power Plant area (CHP, AHP, Boiler, Steam, Air, Oil).Ensuring Shutdown safety- Reporting to Safety Manager.

Qualification, Experience & RoleDegree/Diploma with Level-2 Certification in Vibration Analysis. Min 3 yrs of Experience in Coal Based Power Plant (Preferably 50 MW above)"-Vibration analysis (Gearboxes, fans, blowers, compressors, Elevators, Conveyors, Coal Mill, Pumps, etc..)-Dynamic Balancing (Process fans and Rotors) -Oil Analysis (Oil sample collection and Analysing the reports) Laser alignmentThermography. Ultrasonic Testing (Flaw detection and thickness measurements). Magnetic Particle testing, Dye Penetrant Testing-Wear Measurements (VRM Rollers and table, Elevator Belts, chains, sprockets)- Utilization of SAP -PM for logging of Notifications for abnormalities & measurement of wear rates.Conducting condition monitoring techniques as per schedule.
