Job Role:Ability to handle shift operations for Process Equipments like Bio reactors, WFI coolers, centrifuge, autoclaves, glassware washers, media & pooling vessels, TFF, -70 deep freezers, CIP/SIP systems, Bio safety cabinets, sealers, blending equipments, autoclaves, vail packing lines, auto cartonating, auto optical testing machine and CIP/SIP systems.
Department: Instrumentation Maintenance:
Job Role:Ability to handle shift operations for Instrumentation activities like BMS, Breakdown maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Calibration, AMC and Interim projects, Reviewing the completion of breakdown status / Calibration / PM works, Handling basic troubleshooting in PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and SCADA (Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition).
Department: HVAC & Utilities:
Job Role:Should have experience on Operation and maintenance of HVAC system.
Handling HVAC system operations through BMS( Building management system)
Troubleshooting of HVAC like temperature, RH and differential pressures.
Handling of utilities like chillers, hot water generators, cooling towers, deep freezers, incubators etc.
Execution and knowledge of HVAC validations.
Preparation of HVAC qualification documents.
Knowledge on guidelines of HVAC from ISO 14644, EU and USFDA.
Knowledge on QMS to handle deviations and change controls.
Preferred knowledge in execution of projects of HVAC.
Audit exposure is must.
Department: Water Systems:
Job Role:Maintenance of Water System equipment such as Pre-treatment, Purified water, Water for Injection.Pure steam generation and distribution systems with SCADA operations.
