| Roles and Responsibilities |
For Blade Grinding OperatorSet up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start a production cycleControl and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machinesInspect parts with precision and measuring toolsTest operation of machines periodicallyFix issues that might occur during the shiftCheck output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flawsKeep records of approved and defective units or final productsMaintain activity logs
For CNC OperatorManage computer numeric controlled (CNC) equipment from setup to operation, producing parts and tools from different resources including metal and plastic.Set up and calibrate accessories and equipment.Keep detailed records of equipment and procedures.Perform necessary maintenance and cleaning on equipment.Supervise machines as they run and make adjustments as needed.Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machineryOperate tools in order to aid in the manufacturing process.Perform periodic checks on equipment and solve problems as detected.

For Wire Cutting Programmer & Machinist
A wire cutter job is usually a warehouse job in which you are in charge of cutting wire and cable with the use of machines.
As the cutting machine operator, your job is to ensure the accuracy of the cuts.
You measure and bundle wires and cables appropriately for the job orders and then work with the installation teams to make sure they get the proper wires for assembly.
Your duties as a wire cutter may also include unloading and loading materials, moving waste or materials to the proper locations, and verifying all the equipment is working properly.

For Tool & Die Maker
We are looking for a skilled tool and die maker to craft dies and metal tools for our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be required to interpret design schematics, cut and shape dies, and assemble the completed parts.
You will also need to test the performance of the completed product.
To be successful as a tool and die maker, you should have in-depth knowledge of metalwork and engineering, a good eye for detail, and the ability to visualize structural components. A top-class tool and die maker is able to translate ideas into expertly crafted metal forms ready for the manufacturing process
