Mechanical Technician and Plumber: Qualification: ITI /DME Experience: 4 to 15 Years Desired Exposure: Experience in maintaining the above equipment's Roles and Responsibilities Troubleshooting of conventional machines,  Hydraulic Presses , mechanical press & SPM  (special process machines). Have maintenance knowledge in decoiler,  Straightener,In Feeder Out Feeder, Furnace  & Heat exchanger... etc... Maintenance experience in all plumbing works Knowledge in heat treatment furnace. EOT crane maintenance (Like clutch & Brake,  Gearbox and alignment services) Maintenance experience in Hydraulic Pump,  Servo value, Hydraulic Valves... Maintenance knowledge (Like noise checking,  vibration arrests and shaft alignment Bearings  alignment and checking break down analysis.. Desired Candidate Profile

Electrical Technician :  Qualification: ITI /DEE Experience: 4 to 15 Years Desired Exposure: Experience in maintaining the above equipment's Roles and Responsibilities Troubleshooting of conventional machines,  Hydraulic Presses, mechanical presses & SPM  (special process machines) Strong Knowledge of Control Circuits and PID Strong Knowledge of breakdown  activities in PLC-based automation system. Familiar with Electrical motors, conveyors,  VFD Drives, Furnaces, Air Leak Test Machines, Industrial Washing Machines,  Thermocouple etc... Hands on experience in all type Circuit  Breakers ACB,VCB,MCB,RCCB,ELCB Trouble shooting of breakdowns in PLC based  Assembly machines, pressing machines,etc. Trouble shooting of Cranes such as 0.5Ton, 5Ton, 40Ton

Instrument JE & Technician :  Qualification :  ITI & Diploma - Electronics/Telecommunication,  B.Tech/B.E. - Electronics/Telecommunication, Instrumentation Roles and Responsibilities Involved in Calibration installation, commissioning,  and troubleshooting of all types of field Instruments  such as Flow / Pressure / Temperature /Level Sensors,  I/P Converters, Pressure/Temperature Gauges,  Pressure /Level switches, Control Valves and its  accessories, dampers, all PID controllers, RTDs,  Thermocouples, PT100, DP Type transmitters,  Pneumatic instruments, proximity sensors. Experience in installation, calibration and  maintenance of pneumatic Control valves.  & E/P Positioners. Servicing, maintenance, checking and  calibration of Instruments. Co-ordination with operation startup Team  to check all conditions & logics. Desired Candidate Profile
