Position: Surveyor:  Qualification & ExperinceITI Draftsman/Diploma in Civil + 3 Years of work and experience in GPS land survey. Linguistic: Well-known regional Kannada language, able to speak, read and write. -------------------------------------Position: Land Executive:  Qualification & Experince:Graduate in any stream + 3 to 5-year experience of Land documentation, Land Survey, Land Acquisition, NA application, compliances, ATS & GPA, Sale deed, Lease deed and any other land-related documents preparation and execution, ROW clearance, Land registration, Land transfer, Liaison with Government authorities, farmer, Panchayat and local bodies. Linguistic: Well-known regional Kannada language able, to speak, read and write.

Position:  Asst. Manager-Land Qualification & Experince Graduate + 10 to 12-year experience in location land and pathway procurement and delivery, documentation, Land Survey, Land Acquisition NA application, compliances, ATS & GPA, Sale deed, Lease deed, and any other land-related documents preparation and execution, ROW clearance, Land registration, Land transfer, Liaison with Government authorities, farmer, Panchayat and local bodies. Linguistic: Well-known regional Kannada language, able to speak, read and write.

Manager Land Legal Qualification & Experince LLB + 10 to 12-year experience in Land Due diligence & compliances, Land Litigation & other co-related litigation, Statutory Compliance with Land, PE, and WRD, Identifying Compliances by various departments and Audits, Land document preparation & execution, Familiar with State Land Laws & other statutes, knowledge of Land procurement to NA Mutation. Linguistic: Well-known regional Kannada language, able to speak, read and write.

Position:  Manager- Land :  Qualification & ExperinceLLB + 12 to 15 years experience and detailed knowledge about Land procurement with Due diligence & compliances, Statutory Compliance with Land, PE, and WRD, Identifying Compliances by various departments and Audits, monitoring Land document preparation & execution, Familiar and well known about present State Land Laws & other statutory provisions about bonafide industrial activities in the state of Karnataka, knowledge of Land procurement to NA Mutation. Land Acquisition NA application, compliances, ATS & GPA, Sale deed, Lease deed, and any other land-related documents preparation and execution, an expert in the resolution of ROW clearance. Must be aware of KREGEL and KPTCL-related information and procedural aspects. Linguistic: Well-known regional Kannada language, able to speak, read and write.
