ITI, Diploma, GTTC, NTTF & BE Pass out

Experience: 2 - 5 years Experience

VMC Double Column Job Descriptions.

Experience operating double-column VMC machines or other large VMC machines.Ability to set critical & large components. (Aerospace, Aerospace toolings, oil & Gas, Nuclear Projects etc.)Knowledge of machining processes (Milling, Drilling, Reaming, Tapping, Fine boring, Thread milling, Engraving, etc.)Knowledge of cutting tools. (Milling cutters, endmills, taps, reamers, thread mills etc.)Basic understanding of blueprints and engineering drawings.Familiarity with measuring tools and inspection techniques of Large components. (First Principal Methods)Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks on machines.Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Basic understanding of 5S.Ability to maintain accurate production records, including tracking materials and reporting any issues or discrepancies.Troubleshooting and resolving machine malfunctions and tooling problems.The ability to work in all 3shifts.
