Job Details

Post Name: Plant Operator Department: Injectable-Production Qualification & ExperienceITI/Diploma with 2 to 5 Years of experience in Injectable manufacturing operations. Should have operational knowledge of Aseptic filling, Vial washing, Autoclave, Capping machine, Lyophilizer, and Vial leak testing machine.

Post Name: Officer-Executive Department:  Injectable Production Qualification & Experience.B. Pharm / M. Pharm with 2 to 5 years of experience supervising and controlling production areas like Aseptic Filling, Vial Washing, Autoclave, Lyophilizer, and Visual Inspection. Should know about QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation).

Post Name: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager Department: Engineering Qualification & Experience B.E./B.Tech. (Mechanical/Electrical) with 5 to 8  years of experience in Injectable operations (Plant maintenance). Should have experience in Preventive maintenance activities of injectable equipment like Isolators, Filling machines, Lyophilizers and Autoclaves.  Exposure to Engineering QMS shall be preferred.

Post Name: Plant Operator Department: Engineering Qualification & Experience I.T.I /Diploma with 2 to 5 years of experience in  Plant Maintenance of Injectable facility. Should have operational expertise in injectable  facilities and knowledge of the Utility area- Air Compressor, Chiller, and Water system.

Post Name: Executive/Sr. Executive Department: Microbiology Qualification & Experience  M.Sc. (Microbiology) with 3 to 7 years of experience in Injectable doses form. Should have experience in Media & Culture Management, M.L.T., Growth Promotion test, Bio-burden test, Water monitoring (Sampling & Testing), Environment monitoring (Viable & Non-viable) in aseptic area & Identification  of environmental isolates.

Department: Microbiology Sterility Assurance:  Post Name: Officer / Executive  Qualification & Experience.M. Sc (Microbiology/Biotechnology) with 2 to 5 Years of relevant microbiology experience. Should have experience in the aseptic area, personal qualification, and aseptic process simulation (Media fill).

Post Name:  Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager- Department: Quality Assurance (IPQA/Validation) Qualification & Experience B. Pharm/ M. Pharm with 2 to 8 Years of relevant experience in IPQA and Validation/ Qualification-related activities in Injectable Manufacturing facilities.
