Salary & Benefits

For Diploma -  Rs.17,000/- CTC P.M., duty-8h Overtime- Rs/-100 per 1h  The government will split 25% of the prescribed stipend with the employers, up to a maximum of 1500 per month per apprentice, under the scheme. Duty Hours: 8 Hours  Punctuality Award - As per Company Policy. Upto Zero Leaves- 1200/- Shift award - 30 Rs. Daily    Facility   Canteen - Lunch or Dinner in duty hours + 2 Tea - Both Costs will be borne by the company, with a deduction from the Apprentices.  Insurance Cover - Provided by the Company, the Extended Benefit of ESIC - Both parts will be borne by the company, with no Deduction from Apprentices. Uniform -  available as per company policy likeDress, Safety Shoes, Incentive - As per Company Policy.
