Department: Plant & Machinery
1. Foreman – Plant & Machinery: - ITI with a minimum of 8 years of experience in identifying & rectifying the breakdown of machinery. Candidate should possess sound knowledge of repairing of tower cranes, passenger hoists, concrete pumps, Boom placers, BBMs & BCM. Should be exposed to reading manual and identify the spares from the catalog
2. Mechanic – Plant & Machinery: - ITI with a minimum of 5 years of experience in identifying and rectifying the breakdown of machinery. Prospective candidates are expected to have a good knowledge of engine, Hydraulic & other repairing work with general fabrication & repairing knowledge in construction machinery
3. Tower Crane Operator – Plant & Machinery: - Relevant experience of minimum 3 years in operation and maintenance of tower crane, should have valid crane driving license with knowledge of lifting equipment tools and tackles
4. Passenger Hoist Operator – Plant & Machinery: -With 3+ years of experience in the Operation and maintenance of passenger hoists with the knowledge of identifying and rectifying the breakdown. The candidate is expected to have knowledge of lifting equipment tools and tackles
5. Electrician – Plant & Machinery: - ITI Qualified with 3+ years of experience as Electrician. Should have PWD / Wireman Licence
6. Plumber – Plant & Machinery: - 4+ years of experience as a Plumber, exposed in plumbing related drawings with knowledge about tools and tackles used in piping
7. Tower Crane Signal Man – Plant & Machinery: -2+ years of experience in lifting equipment signals and related tools and tackles.

Department: Execution & Coordination
1. Draughtsman – E&C: - Diploma / ITI in Draughtsman with 5+ years of relevant experience in structural detailing plans, elevations, and civil drafting for residential projects

Department: HSE
1. Supervisor – HSE: - Graduate / Under Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in safety for residential or commercial projects
|
Department: QA/QC
1. Lab Technician – QA/QC: - Min. SSC / 10th pass with 5+ years of experience in laboratory tests and following the QA/QC specification. Prospective candidates should have earlier experience in working on residential/ commercial projects
|
Department: Stores
1. Officer / Store Keeper – Stores: - Graduate / Under Graduate with 7+ years of relevant experience in the Construction industry
