For 10th & 12th - Rs 1st Year - Rs.10,950/- P.M. Attendance Award and 2nd Year – 10% Stipend Increased.
For ITI - Rs 1st Year - Rs.11,00/- P.M. Attendance Award and 2nd Year – 10% Stipend Increased.
For Diploma - Rs 1st Year - Rs.13,610/- P.M. Attendance Award and 2nd Year – 10% Stipend Increased
Punctuality AwardAs per Company Policy. Upto Zero Leaves
Canteen - Lunch or Dinner in duty hours + 2 Tea - Both Costs will be borne by the company, with a deduction from the Apprentices.
Insurance Cover - Provided by the Company, the Extended Benefits of ESIC - Both parts will be borne by the company, with no Deduction from Apprentices.
