| Role & Responsibility |
| Proficiency in operating and programming HMC machines.Basic understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and machine shop practices.Familiarity with manufacturing processes, including cutting tools, work holding, and fixturing.Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and setup sheets.Ability to conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers, Vernier calipers, and dial indicators.Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.Minimum high school diploma & ITI or equivalent.Ability to work independently and as part of a team and comply with safety regulations. |
