| Employment details: |
For FTE:-Selected candidates in final screening will be hired on fixed-term contracts for 12 months. After successful completion of 12 months as FTE, they will be assessed by the Hero MotoCorp management based on their performance for the next level as company trainees towards permanent employment.
For Apprentice:- Selected candidates in final screening will be hired on Apprenticeship for 1 Year. After successful completion of 1 Year of Apprenticeship, they will promoted to FTC level. After this, they will be assessed by the Hero MotoCorp management based on their performance for the next level as company trainees towards permanent employment.
