Junior Engineer/Assistant Engineer - Assembly Shop Knowledge of functioning and features of Mechanical & Hydraulic presses. Comprehensive understanding of bearings, tools, and assembly components. Proficient in reading assembly and sub- assembly drawings. Skilled in manpower management and coordination. Junior Engineer/Assistant Engineer - Fabrication Shop Expertise in fabrication processes and techniques, specializing in manufacturing hydraulic and mechanical presses. Proficient in metallurgy, and knowledgeable in various welding techniques including TIG, MIG, SAW, and SMAW. Skilled in managing manpower on the shop floor. Junior Engineer (CNC)/Assistant Engineer (CNC) - Machine Shop Proficient in operating CNC horizontal, vertical, and milling machines. Highly skilled in reading technical drawings. Engineer/Senior Engineer - Planning Familiarity with various materials and proficiency in identifying material defects. Experienced in preparing fabrication processes and schedules, as well as workforce planning. Capable of preparing fabrication drawings in advance. Engineer/Senior Engineer - Projects Seeking a candidate with a degree from a reputable institute and 5-8 years of experience, proficient in Mechanical and Hydraulic presses. Demonstrated expertise in press operations including forming. blanking, coining, and drawing. Ability to maintain project schedules, effectively communicate with internal staff and customers, and prepare RFQS. Engineer/Senior Engineer - Industrial Engineering Understanding of assembly drawing, Experience with Assembly shop & Industrial engineering. Experience in Planning, scheduling, estimation & costing. Experience in SAP. Assembly Fitter (Pipe Line Fitter) Requires a minimum of 10 years of experience with an ITI qualification. Proficient in using various types of pipes, tubes, and pipe fittings, with expertise in hydraulic and pneumatic systems and lubrication. Skilled in interpreting pipeline layouts and hydraulic, lubrication, and pneumatic circuit diagrams. Knowledgeable in pipe bending and pipeline pickling, and adept at troubleshooting hydraulic machines. |
