• Minimum 1 year of experience in an assembly line • Strong understanding of manufacturing safety protocols • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics • Excellent work ethic and physical stamina • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts • Willingness to learn new skills and contribute  to continuous improvement
