Positions Available:

1. Design Engineer - Plumbing & Fire Fighting Experience: 10-12 years in detailed design and engineering, shop drawing preparation of Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems in commercial, residential, mixed-use, and light industrial projects. Overseas experience and BIM knowledge preferred. Qualification: BE Mechanical

2. Design Engineer - Electrical Experience: 10-12 years in detailed design and engineering, shop drawing preparation of Electrical and ELV systems in commercial, residential, mixed-use, and light industrial projects. Overseas experience and BIM knowledge preferred. Qualification: BE Electrical

3. Design Engineer - HVAC Experience: 10-12 years in detailed design and engineering, shop drawing preparation of HVAC systems in commercial, residential, mixed-use, and light industrial projects. Overseas experience and BIM knowledge preferred. Qualification: BE Mechanical

4. BIM Coordinators - MEP Experience: 10-12 years in production of MEP BIM models, creation of families, MEP clash-free coordination, and issuing coordinated MEP services layout shop drawings to the construction team. Identify and notify potential discrepancies in BIM Models, ensure project BIM Execution plan adherence and success. Overseas experience preferred. Qualification: Diploma/ITI + AutoCAD + REVIT + Navisworks

5. Draftsman & BIM Modelers - MEP Experience: Minimum 8 years in drafting and 3D modeling of HVAC systems/Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems/Electrical and ELV systems, coordination of MEP services, creation of families, sheet preparation, and extraction of shop drawings. Qualification: ITI + AutoCAD + REVIT + Navisworks
